Dance has been a part of my life since I was very young. I began my training at Zona Danza and later continued my studies at the Monterrey Higher School of Music and Dance and at the Tecamachalco Ballet Studio, where I strengthened my technical and artistic development as a performer.
Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to participate in companies and projects such as Ardentía, under the direction of Reyna Pérez, the Toluca Philharmonic Orchestra, Ballet Arte en Movimiento, and Ballet Ciudad de México, as well as productions like Ballet of Lights, Candlelight, and Inspirarte, among other stage projects.
My interest in teaching led me to supplement my training with a certificate program in Pedagogy and Methodology of Dance Instruction taught by Mtra. Eva de Keijzer. For more than five years, I have been working as a teacher, guiding students of various ages in their technical, artistic, and personal development.
At the same time, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from the Universidad Iberoamericana. My training includes studies in sports nutrition, ISAK Level 1 anthropometry, psychonutrition, and the psychology of eating, and I am currently in the process of becoming certified as a sports nutritionist by the Mexican Federation of Nutrition and Sports.
My experience both on stage and in the field of health has allowed me to understand the importance of taking a holistic approach to caring for the body. I enjoy sharing my knowledge.
I began my dance training at the age of three, and my passion for this discipline has remained unchanged ever since. I earned my certification as a professional dancer in Imperial Classical Ballet (ISTD) and Modern Theater (ISTD), which allowed me to develop a solid technical foundation in both styles.
Throughout my life, classical ballet has held a central place in my heart. However, as the years passed and I grew as an artist, I began to explore and embrace other forms of dance, such as urban dance and lyrical dance, which enriched my training and broadened my perspective as a dancer.
Dance is, without a doubt, what makes me happiest. After the accident I faced, it was clear to me that stopping dancing or distancing myself from this world was not a viable option for me. It was then, driven by the deep love I feel for this discipline, that I began teaching classes. I didn’t know it at the time, but I discovered that teaching was my true calling: my way of sharing with others what I love most in the world.
Today, this new phase in my career gives me the opportunity to pass on everything I’ve learned throughout my years as a dancer. Each class is a space where I combine the technique I’ve acquired with the love and passion I feel for this art, in the hope of inspiring new generations to discover in dance the same joy and fulfillment that I have found.
